SYSTEM SUPPORT SERVICES' service philosophy is that the customer's on site service personnel provide the first line of defense against system failures. To that end, we offer extensive training courses that are geared to I & C personnel, and to on site technical support and system engineering staff. We are always available to provide free technical support to our customers via telephone, FAX, e-mail, and through our on line documentation database.
SYSTEM SUPPORT SERVICES offers depot repair and exchange services on all product lines, providing quick turnaround of failed subassemblies, and providing a second level source for spare parts.
