Our terms are Net 30 days. A finance charge of 1.5 percent per month will be charged on
all unpaid balances past due after 30 days.
New product sold by SYSTEM SUPPORT SERVICES
shall be newly manufactured or purchased, shall be of the latest revision or version, and
will carry a one year warranty. New product will be shipped with
the latest available documentation for the system or assembly.
Delivery time for new product will be quoted at the time the order is placed.
New product will be shipped prepaid via Federal Express Express Saver service.
Shipping charges will be added to the invoice. Any deviation from the above must be arranged prior to
placing an order.
Travel and living expenses incurred during the course of performing work for the customer on site,
or for on-site training will be billed at cost according to the U.S. Government regulations in effect
at the time of travel. Copies of receipts will be provided for all expenditures over $25.00.
Prices are exclusive of any applicable Federal, State, or local sales, excise, or use taxes.
Repair Terms and Conditions
Repair charges cover testing, repair as necessary, burn-in for a minimum of 24 hours,
and full retesting. The warranty on all repairs is 90 days. Repair charges are applicable
even if no trouble was found. A Repair and Service Report detailing problems found and
parts replaced will be supplied on all repairs.Also, a statement of Y2K compliance will be
furnished with applicable repairs.
All material returned for repair must have a Return Material Authorization. Call SYSTEM
SUPPORT SERVICES prior to shipping product to us for repair. Have available the COMPUTROL
part number, serial number, and Purchase Order number if you are not making a warranty claim.
You will be issued a RMA number which must appear on the outside of the shipping container. Material
returned without the RMA number clearly marked will be refused at the dock.
Turnaround time for repairs will be four weeks or less. A more accurate turnaround time will be
quoted when return authorization is requested. A valid purchase order must be received before
product is repaired. To avoid potential delays caused by order processing, consider opening a blanket
purchase order with us.

from the above must be arranged when return authorization is requested.
SYSTEM SUPPORT SERVICES reserves the right not to repair any board or assembly which
it considers to be unrepairable, or unreliable to the extent that it cannot be warranted.
Also, as these systems age, we may not be able to locate the parts to repair
them. We also reserve the right not to repair any module which has been altered by the
customer. Any such board or assembly will be returned unrepaired.
Return shipping charges and an evaluation fee of $125.00 will apply.
Exchange Terms and Conditions
Product exchanges will be in like-new condition, and will carry a six month warranty. Reconditioned
units are subject to availability, which will be confirmed at order placement. An exchange requires
that the customer furnish an equivalent unit or assembly, in good and repairable condition.
The replacement unit will be shipped within twenty-four hours after receipt of a written
purchase order and an acceptable unit for exchange.
Exchanges will be shipped prepaid via Federal Express Priority Overnight
service. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice. All shipments are F.O.B. Hudson,
Florida. Any deviation from the above must be arranged when return authorization is
requested.
