Warranty Terms
SYSTEM SUPPORT SERVICES' warranty for products sold hereunder is to repair or replace, at our option, any product which is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within the warranty period as described above. Product returned under warranty shall be free of tampering or misuse. SYSTEM SUPPORT SERVICES shall have no liability for consequential damages.
The foregoing sets forth the entire warranty obligation of SYSTEM SUPPORT SERVICES. SYSTEM SUPPORT SERVICES expressly disclaims any other warranties, implied in law or in fact, including without limitation warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Material Return Procedure
- In order to return product to SYSTEM SUPPORT SERVICES under warranty, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number MUST be obtained. Call (727) 379-0484 or (727) 243-3656 to obtain an RMA Number.
- Product must be adequately packed, and shipped prepaid to:

Hudson, FL 34669 - The RMA number must be marked on the outside of the carton. Material shipped to SYSTEM SUPPORT SERVICES which is not in compliance with the above will be returned. SYSTEM SUPPORT SERVICES will prepay return shipment of authorized warranty repairs.
